There are several reasons to request the Options files for the IFDs, here are some; while all scenarios are not listed, similar or the same data is needed to assist Avidyne Dealers in getting the options/enablement's file generated.

These codes cannot be taken over the phone, and our committed turn time is within 24-business hours. 

For all new IFDs installation, IFD exchanges where the enablement's must be regenerated, or new enablement's are sold post installation, email [email protected] to generate the code.

Avidyne Corporation is aware that the link on the certificates is invalid. 

New Installations (with certificates found in the box) & New enablement's purchased from Sales (post installation): 

Tail Number: 

IFD serial number(s) - if two are installed, you must provide both

Coupon - upload all the IFD Field Activation Certificate(s) to your email request

- if installing 2-IFDs, you will have multiple Certificates for each IFD (Bluetooth/WIFI, MAP/SVS) all Certificates will need to accompany the request

New installations (tail number was provided at time of ordering, but the tail number is now different

Or For other IFDs where enablement's (features) are not working and they have in the past
