Please note that COVID-19 may cause delays in the turn-around-time (TAT).
Repair and Return: 15 business days
Exchange: 1 business day after unit received, and all paperwork is completed, warranty confirmed or payment received
Advance Exchange: 1 business day after all paperwork is completed, warranty confirmed or payment received
Advanced Exchange are only available to EMS, make sure you communicate with techsupport when submitting your request for these clients.
