Aerospace Composites has overtaken SST Flugtechnik in 2025. SST has overtaken the TC of the Extra 500 from the Extra company in 2015.
This means that now Aerospace Composites is holder of the Extra 500 aircraft TC and, therefore, is responsible for TC modifications such as changes to the R9 software.
Refer to Aerospace Composites for any R9 upgrades not already listed in the compatibility for Extra aircraft. POC [email protected]

Synthetic Vision SVS SnyVis was not certified for Extra Aircraft for 9.3 or 9.4.

The Avidyne AutoPilot DFC100 has never been installed/certified on the EA500. Therefore, the DFC100 cannot be added to the stack.
Request to move the Extra R9 from 9.3.X to 9.4.X has been approved by Extra, inquiries must be directed to Extra.
